When you’ve had the most unfair start in life you can lose the way for the rest of your life. MCR Pathways is working until every young person has someone to help them find their way. We are changing lives through the power of mentoring.

We are an award winning school based youth mentoring charity supporting young people in schools across Surrey. We want to ensure more young people are helped to find their path to positive futures. 

Our volunteer mentors help young people to realise their full potential. They spend just an hour each week, in school, listening to and encouraging a young person. The relationship that develops is what makes the difference. Could you help a young person to build their confidence and discover their potential? 

Mentors and young people are carefully matched based on their likes, personality and life-experiences. Everyone is different, so we look for mentors from all walks of life. When one person mentors, two lives are changed.
