The Hills Winter Lantern Festival is an annual event held in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

This year will be its 10 year anniversary and the second year it is held in the lovely township of Echunga. The Hills Winter Lantern Festival is a magical day of food, music, and of course a handmade candle lit lantern parade for the community to participate in. The Hills Winter Lantern festival runs lantern making workshops for the community, and schools in the lead up to the event, and lanterns can be made at the event on the day.

The Hills Winter Lantern Festival is run by the Hills Winter Lantern Committee, and is made up of passionate creative locals who want to bring magic to the lives of families in the Adelaide Hills through art.
