The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme Program is a Government Funded Program that supports older people living in the community who may be socially isolated.   Our Chat and Connect program match a volunteer with an older person with the aim to create a meaningful connection and reduce social isolation.

At this time we only have vacancies in the below role in our Community Programs unit.
