Summit Valley Community Club

Summit Valley Community Club (Gymnastics Club) requires a new Treasurer. This is a volunteer position and is not a big commitment. We are looking for someone with about an hour a week to spare. You will need basic computer literacy and very basic bookkeeping skills. We will need you to join the committee and have a working with children clearance (or be happy to get one).

There are about 25 local families in the club who need invoicing once per term. Sports vouchers entered online for SA Rec and Sport, about 20 per term and a few cheques each term. We are also happy to set up online banking if you prefer. Most jobs can be done from the comfort of your own home, but occasional Monday night visits to the club (Ashton Hall) would be nice.

We use Quick Books and online access provided along with full training and handover. Our Club is in a very good financial position and all other executive positions were filled at our recent AGM.

If you can help please call Alice on 0418 893 996, or send an e-mail to Alex Fry alex.fry@hotmail.com or catch up at the club on Monday night.
