Speed Watch

Volunteers help by monitoring the speeds in neighborhoods and spread awareness to passing vehicles in high speed/crash locations of their speeds. Volunteers pass on information about problematic speed zoned to the police. (FA02 & Full Non-Restrictive Class 5 DL Required) |
Community Events

Community Event Volunteers will assist with a variety of duties while also promoting, educating and raising awareness of the programs and initiatives available at the Community Police offices. Volunteers assist with special events - such as Public events (Canada Day), Special events at main detachment, and other various opportunities. |
Cell Phone Watch

Cell Phone Watch Program, the goal is to greatly reduce or eliminate statistics on distracted driving.
Volunteers play a vital role in information gathering. Information is then relayed back to ICBC road safety analysts to create driver education material and to the police for enforcement patrols.
