🎉 Class Party Volunteer Sign-Up

We’d love your help making our upcoming class parties extra fun for students! Please sign up below to show your interest in attending and volunteering.

Each class will have a limited number of volunteer spots:

• TK & Kindergarten: 4 volunteers per class

• 1st–5th Grade: 2 volunteers per class

Volunteers will be randomly selected, and your classroom teacher will follow up if you’re chosen to help. They’ll share details about how you can support the party — whether that’s helping in the classroom, organizing an activity, or donating supplies.

Party Times:
TK & 1st Grade — 1:00–1:45 PM
Kindergarten, 2nd–5th Grades — 2:00–2:45 PM

✅ Volunteer Approval Process

All volunteers must be approved through the district before attending a class party.

Steps to complete:

1. Create a Better Impact account

2. View and agree to the Volunteer Manual (required each year)

3. Complete the background check (required every 5 years)

   • This process includes scanning your government-issued photo ID and may take up to 2 weeks for approval.

A visitor badge is required to enter the building. Please make sure your photo ID is already on file, or plan to have it scanned when you arrive. Don’t forget to bring your ID on party day!

• Fall Party - October 24, 2025
• Winter Party - December 19, 2025
• Friendship Party - February 13, 2026

Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades - volunteers can arrive to classrooms at 1:45 for set up, party is from 2:00-2:45.

Transitional Kindergarten, 2nd grade - volunteers can arrive to classrooms at 12:45 for set up, party is from 1:00-1:45.

Each party will be coordinated and hosted by the homeroom parent(s). Volunteers will assist with crafts, activities, and games for students. A snack is also provided for students by Westwood PTO.

A photo ID is required to enter the building, please ensure your photo ID is on file so a visitor badge can be pre-printed for you. Be prepared to show your ID on the day of the party.

If you do not see a specific class party, volunteer spots are already full.
