South Peace (Dawson Creek) - Animal Centre - Cat Wellness Volunteer
Join our team of like-minded individuals as a Cat Wellness volunteer with the BC SPCA! Work in partnership with staff and volunteers to ensure our cats emotional & physical needs are met through daily engagement and BC SPCA-approved training techniques.
Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday between 1-3 and after-school shifts for youth accompanied by an adult Tuesday-Friday 3:15-4:00 or can join the Saturday shifts available.
YOUTH: note that any youth under 19 years must be accompanied by an approved adult volunteer such as a parent or guardian. Application must be submitted under the adult's name.

South Peace (Dawson Creek) - Animal Centre - Office Support
Join our team of like-minded individuals as an Office Support volunteer with the BC SPCA! We are seeking enthusiastic, organized task-oriented volunteers to assist with administrative duties. Your support will help us with the administrative and people sides of caring for vulnerable animals.
Tasks may include
- Printing transfer packages.
- Entering data.
- Taking photos of animals and upload them to a database.
- Enter animal writeups in the database.
- Assist in planning and organizing social media content/posts.
Shifts
Sunday and Monday 11-12AM or 1-2PM
South Peace (Dawson Creek) - Animal Centre - General Cleaning
Join our team of like-minded individuals as a General Cleaning volunteer with the BC SPCA! Work in partnership with staff and volunteers to provide regular cleaning of the animal care centre in your community. Your support will ensure the health and safety for all pets and people at the facility.
Tasks may vary depending on the day and needs at the centre.
Examples of tasks include washing and folding laundry, washing dishes, general tidying, breaking down large food bags, mopping the floor, and cleaning and sterilizing donations.
Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday between 1-4PM.
