  • Regular, ongoing weekly availability for the next 6 months
  • Weekly commitment: one 2-hour shift 

 

 

Cat Wellness: 

  • Minimum age: 16 

     

  • Experience with cats required

    • Shifts available:

      • Thurs 1-3pm

      • Friday 12-2pm 

Mandatory Onboarding Process for volunteer opportunities listed above: 

  •  In addition to mandatory online training, applicants must also attend in-person orientation:   Saturday, Feb 7th at 5:30pm - 7:00pm
  • Another orientation may be added if needed. 
  • Applicants will only receive an invitation to orientation after successful screening and completion of online training. 

 

 

Foster Care Volunteer

At this time we can only process applications from individuals who can support in the following ways:

 

  • You’re able and willing to care for large or extra-large dogs, or
  • You’re open to fostering animals needing behavior support (such as under-socialized cats or dogs), or
  • You can care for animals with medical needs, including those recovering from surgery, or
  • You can support kittens that require bottle feeding every few hours.
  • You can commit to a minimum of 6 months (6 months available to receive foster requests. Foster placement and length depend on matching results and individual animal needs)

This location primarily shelters large dogs, so we are seeking foster homes that can accommodate at least medium-sized dogs, with the capacity to support large or larger dogs as well.
