CURB Working Groups are the same as committees. The CURB Council or Board is a working council as opposed to an advisory board. The 'Working Groups' along with the Officers comprise the body of the CURB Council.
Activites providing a service for Hospice clients. All prospective volunteers must undergo a preliminary screening interview, reference checks are made and a final orientation completed before volunteer activity can begin.
Mentors are volunteers from the community, business sector and senior schools, who commit to spending one hour per week with a student in their school and who serve as additional role models, advocates and friends.
