Our Hodgepodge Thrift Stores are in San Rafael and Novato and could not be run without the help of volunteers.

Volunteers process donations that come in, merchandise items on the sales floor and ring up sales at the register.

Become part of our fun team and make new friends as you assist customers. All proceeds benefit By the Bay Health’s patients and their families. Customer service or retail experience preferred but we can teach you on the job. Open 5 days a week, many shifts available.

Mission Hospice volunteers are a special kind of people – they are the heart and soul of our care. Each year, Mission Hospice volunteers donate thousands of hours of their time.

Direct care volunteers offer vitally important emotional and social support to our patients and their families, providing companionship, logistical assistance, and more.

Indirect care volunteers offer their time and talents in the office, assisting with mailings, special events and administrative tasks.
