For those of you that are looking for an ongoing volunteer opportunity, we offer a range of opportunities that are either seasonally based or require a year-long commitment.

The Open Space division offers corporations, schools, churches, civic organizations, and others the opportunity to participate in a service project. These projects can take place any time during the year, and will take into account your group size, availability, and what our needs are at the time.

For school groups this may include a service learning component at which students will receive both classroom instruction, as well as participate in a field activity.

Volunteers must review the City of Boise Volunteer Handbook to participate.
