Caring for Parks
City Nature Challenge
The City Nature Challenge is an annual global celebration of biodiversity during which communities across the globe document wild plants and animals in their communities using the iNaturalist app. This year, the event takes place between April 30 and May 3rd. Participants can submit observations of wild plants and animals from anywhere in Boise anytime during the four day time frame. How many species can you find?
Click the "Schedule an Observation" link to sign up to contribute data from your favorite park or open space.

Volunteers must review the City of Boise Volunteer Handbook to participate.
