Frisco Discovery Center, Heritage Museum, and Cultural Arts Events
Play Frisco’s Cultural Affairs Division is the City of Frisco’s hub for public art, community events, and organizational support for the cultural sector. Cultural Affairs volunteers serve at Frisco Discovery Center’s performance spaces and art galleries and the Frisco Heritage Museum and Village.
Individuals donate their time and talents as greeters and docents (tour guides) as well as assisting with special projects and events. We strive to shape our community through cultural engagement, artistic expression, and diverse experiences and we hope you can join us as we strive to give every resident access to the arts! Check out some of the volunteer opportunities below and fill out an application to see and sign up for open positions.
Most positions have an age requirement of 17 years old or older. We do offer a few volunteer opportunities for teens age 15-16 during our special events.
