Frisco Environmental Services
Environmental Education, Service, and Outreach
The City of Frisco's Environmental Services offers many opportunities for community service, volunteer programs, and educational programs and classes.
Currently, our department primarily utilizes My Impact (this platform) for our Teens4Green program, which welcomes teens age 14-18 years old. Teens4Green is an award-winning, student-run club, which strives to improve environmental sustainability. This club actively conducts team projects and promotes environmental awareness in Frisco. We provide city staff to supervise Teen4Green service projects.
For information about our community clean ups, open to all individuals, please visit Community Cleanups | Frisco, TX - Official Website.

Volunteer Opportunities
Teens4Green: Year-Round
Teens4Green is a program that encourages Frisco teenagers to volunteer in their communities and strive for environmental sustainability. Members are deeply concerned about the health and social impacts caused by non-eco-friendly practices. We welcome all teens age 14-18.
Becoming a Member of Teens4Green
Submit a volunteer application for Environmental Services. All volunteers must be registered in My Impact, be 14-18 years old, and either residents of Frisco or attend a school in Frisco. Volunteers 17 years or older will be required to complete a background check. Once approved, you will be able to sign up for service projects.
Adopt-a-Street: Year-Round
As a part of Keep Frisco Beautiful, Adopt-A-Street is a wonderful opportunity to teach others about citizenship, improve your community, and have a great time! The Adopt-a-Street program provides teams of all kinds: families, clubs, co-workers, and civic organizations, the opportunity to help beautify their community by volunteering to collect litter alongside Frisco streets. Volunteering for liter pick-up builds community and group pride, visibly improves your local environment, and saves taxpayer money!

One-Time Clean Ups: Year-Round
Recruit friends and family and partake in a one-time clean-up of your neighborhood or community. This is a great alternative to our Adopt-a-Street program. You can still make a great impact on your community with this short-term commitment. For location assignment and to pick up supplies, please submit an application and then e-mail environmentalservices@friscotexas.gov.
