Our permanent donor centre is located at: #10, 200 Barclay Parade SW Calgary (2nd floor Eau Claire market).
There are also a number of MOBILE donor centres across the city of Calgary and throughout southern Alberta rural communities.

Canadian Blood Services COVID-19 Volunteer Vaccination Policy
Being fully vaccinated is a condition of volunteering for Canadian Blood Services.
Volunteer applicants will be required to show proof of vaccination before they are accepted as a volunteer.
We believe this is the best way for us to protect our essential operations of supplying life essential products and services for patients in Canada.

Calgary and Alberta South Accepting Applications
Thank you for your interest in our In Clinic Hospitality volunteer role at Canadian Blood Services.
Currently we are accepting applications for regular weekly positions at our main donor centre located at Eau Claire Market AND at various mobile donor events throughout the city of Calgary (location schedules available upon request).
Interested applicants must show proof of vaccination, review/complete all pre-training requirements AND commit to at least a 6 month term.
We are also accepting short term applications for the Summer for either weekly and ON CALL In Clinic Hospitality positions.

Current Opportunities
NextGen Lifeline Saskatchewan
Our NextGen Lifeline student volunteers play an integral part in spreading awareness for blood donation. They promote Canadian Blood Services and recruit new donors on and off campus through information booths/events, peer to peer recruitment, and social media. We have teams at the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina that students can support.
