About Catholic Charities Community Resource Coordination

Catholic Charities is dedicated to ensuring our clients have all they need to succeed. Through our community resource coordinator, we assess each client’s needs and provide referrals to local resources and service providers. We help clients navigate local systems of support by connecting them to housing, employment, healthcare, public transportation, and other essential services that promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

We empower our clients to overcome obstacles, build on their strengths, and take confident steps toward a secure and independent future.
