Philosophy
To develop and schedule programs and services that benefit both inmates and staff. Inmates require less intervention by deputy staff when their time is occupied constructively. By way of these pursuits, it is our intent to add to the safety and security of the ADC and the community.
Goal
By implementing specific programs and services, the ADC shall contribute to the reduction of offender recidivism by utilizing the time that inmates spend incarcerated to help educate and develop skills for a more positive reintegration into society.
