More Information about CVG Ambassadors
CVG Ambassadors play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming travel experience, while representing the hospitality and spirit of the region.
CVG currently operates three information booths staffed by volunteer Ambassadors, located in Concourse A, Concourse B, and Baggage Claim.
In these roles, Ambassadors assist travelers with a wide range of needs. Common questions they help answer include:
- “Where do I pick up my bags?”
- “Where is rideshare or Uber?”
- “Where is my gate?”
- “Where is the nearest restroom?”
- “Where is the lounge?”
In addition to providing directions and information, Ambassadors offer general assistance to ensure passengers feel supported and confident navigating the airport.
To remain active in the program, volunteers are required to complete a minimum of 48 service hours per year.
