*Community Fundraising- Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcester, Herefordshire & Shropshire

Volunteer Fundraising Researcher

Do you have great research and communication skills?

We have a fantastic new volunteer role supporting our fundraising team to maximise our              fundraising opportunities.

This role is very flexible, it can be carried out from home to fit around your commitments. We can tailor the opportunity to your own interests but some of the things you could be involved in are:

  • Mapping out our key areas to identify businesses and groups for our fundraisers to approach
  • Identifying potential new supporters
  • Setting up meetings or talks for fundraisers to meet new community groups
  • Research Charity of the Year partnerships and keep up to date on when they will renew.
  • Using your local knowledge to find new opportunities for our fundraising team to explore
  • Building a list of potential supporting groups and organisations split by area and on local and national levels

Ideally you will have strong organisational skills and be able to use a computer to carry out research. We will provide you with all of the information you will need about the charity to be able to make approaches.

Volunteering with us is very flexible, you can either commit to set hours each week or join us on a more flexible basis. Any time you can give helps us to fund our lifesaving missions.
