Volunteer Event Supporter
Are you looking for a flexible volunteering role, do you want to meet new people and make a difference?
Ideally able to volunteer for at least 10 hours per year
The Children’s Air Ambulance helps babies and children fighting for their lives to get the expert medical treatment they require fast. We provide a world-class medical hospital to hospital transfer service, with specialist facilities so advanced on board that we provide intensive care in the air for critically ill babies and children.
What we need from you
As an event support volunteer some of the things you would be involved in are:
- Setting up and clearing down the event
- Welcoming and talking to members of the public
- Assisting with the smooth running of our events
- Cheering on our supporters
- Helping with promotion of events

We require all volunteers to complete a basic DBS check and provide two references, you will be contacted regarding these as part of the application process.
Community Fundraising Team Information
We are looking for volunteers to join our Community Fundraising Team to support in all areas including bucket collections, Supporting Events, Fundraising, Schools and General public speaking, tin co-ordinator/collector and being our Mascot.
Our Region Covers: Berks, London & Home Counties, Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Oxford and Sussex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a great team, meet new people and gain new skills.
Volunteering is very flexible, you can either commit to set hours each week/month or join us on a more flexible basis. Any time you can give helps us to fund our lifesaving missions.
In return we will give you all the training you need to be successful in the role, support from management, and the opportunity to gain experience working for a national charity.
