Volunteer Back Office Administrator
Are you highly organised with great admin skills and looking for a new opportunity?
Our Newark furniture shop needs your help! We are located at 13-14 St Mark's Place, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 1XT.
As a Back Office Administrator you can help the smooth running of the shop by:
- Ensuring shop records are kept up to date so that we are fully compliant
- Analysing sales figures to help us identify trends
- Managing the volunteer database and training records
Volunteering in our shops is very flexible, you can either commit to set hours each week or join us on a more flexible basis. Any time you can give helps us to fund our lifesaving missions. The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and Sundays 10:30am-4:30pm.
In return we’ll give you all the training you need to be successful in the role, support from store management, a staff discount of 25% and the opportunity to gain experience working for a national charity.
Store Information
We are looking for volunteers to join the team in our Newark Home shop to support in all areas including: generating stock, merchandising, processing donations, raising awareness locally, assisting on the shop floor or supporting behind the scenes with social media and online sales.
The store is located at: 13-14 St. Marks Place, Newark, NG24 1XT
The opening hours are: Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm Sunday 10am-4pm
