Key responsibilities

  • Handling general office tasks like filing, sorting, and organizing
  • Creating posters, activities calendar, monthly newsletter and other light admin tasks
  • Assisting with event planning and other administrative projects as needed
  • Supporting staff with day-to-day operational needs

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make personal connections with senior people, their families, volunteers and staff regardless of cultural backgrounds, beliefs and denominations
