War Museum Volunteer
War Museum in Anzac Village contains treasured items from every campaign in which Australia has been involved, donated by servicemen and women who are, or have been residents of the Village. Its main mission is to preserve, document and commemorate the service of RSL LifeCare residents and their families in the times of war and peace. The museum is exclusively run by volunteers and affiliated with the Australian War Museum.
Main Tasks:
- Interact with museum visitors, make them feel welcome
- Provide a tour of the museum and help visitors further understand and interpret the displays
- Assist our team of volunteers with caring for the displays
- Communicate your ideas, feedback, concerns and issue with Museum Leader or Volunteer Manager
