Op Shop Volunteer
Our Op Shop in Anzac Village is run exclusively by volunteers. All funds raised go to supporting our seniors and veterans.
Main Tasks:
- Customer services – make customers feel welcome
- Sort stock, tag and hang clothes
- Assist with stock display
- Keep shop tidy and clean
- Support other volunteers
- Follow the direction from the Shop Manager
- Communicate your ideas, feedback, concerns and issues with Op Shop Manager or Volunteer Manager
Personal Qualities & Skills:
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to make personal connections with people from different backgrounds
- Be reliable, flexible and committed
- A desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life
- Alignment with RSL LifeCare values and willingness to follow policies and procedures
