Port Macquarie, Le Hamel Retirement Village - Admin Support Volunteer

The role of the Admin Support Volunteer is vital in creating a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for veterans and seniors. Volunteers assist with the light admin tasks to support the running of the retirement village.

Main Tasks: 

  • Assist with creating posters, activities calendar, monthly newsletter and other light admin tasks
  • Assist with planning and organising different events in the retirement village
  • Communicate with RSL LifeCare staff about any issues that may arise

Personal Qualities & Skills:

  • Show patience, kindness and empathy for all passengers
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to make personal connections with people from different backgrounds
  • Be reliable and committed
  • Have sound knowledge of road rules
  • Be familiar with the geographic region in which they are driving
  • Alignment with RSL LifeCare values and willingness to follow policies and procedures
