The role of the Admin Support Volunteer is vital in creating a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for veterans and seniors. Volunteers assist with the light admin tasks to support the running of the retirement village.
Main Tasks:
- Assist with creating posters, activities calendar, monthly newsletter and other light admin tasks
- Assist with planning and organising different events in the retirement village
- Communicate with RSL LifeCare staff about any issues that may arise
Personal Qualities & Skills:
- Show patience, kindness and empathy for all passengers
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to make personal connections with people from different backgrounds
- Be reliable and committed
- Have sound knowledge of road rules
- Be familiar with the geographic region in which they are driving
- Alignment with RSL LifeCare values and willingness to follow policies and procedures
