Volunteer Driver - Active Ageing
The City of Tea Tree Gully are looking for a number of volunteer drivers based from the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury.
Days are Monday to Friday - negotiable
Hours are 8:15 am to 3:00 pm
Requirements:
- Drive a Council vehicle to assist clients with such services as, medical appointments, shopping, transport to groups & occasional outings.
Council will arrange for any & all clearances including a driving assessment at Council's cost.
Volunteers may choose to work any week day/s they chose however, a minimum of 4-5 hours would be required.
Medical transport could start after 9am
Shopping is normally after 9am and is a 2-3 hour support service.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence
- National Police Clearance
- DHS Screening Clearance
