Administration Assistant - Western suburbs
MACASA is a not-for-profit organisation that assists the elderly and frail Maltese and wider community clients to remain in their own homes. MACASA is a volunteer-based service that provides in-home support services to the elderly, younger people living with a disability and their carers.
MACASA’s home care services include a meal delivery service with hot and frozen meals available, domestic assistance, social support and transport to medical appointments and social support functions.
We are looking for Volunteers to work in our administration area to perform client assessments and assist with general admin duties. Training will be provided and skills gained during your employment with MACASA may assist you to attain future employment.
All client information is confidential and you will be subject to a Police Check and DCSI Screenings.
We are looking for volunteers who are reliable and have a great work ethic.
We require volunteers for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week, 8am to 4pm up to the 15hours as required by Centrelink.
Volunteers must be up to date with COVID vaccinations, ie double vaccinated plus booster
The Cheltenham train station is opposite the Cheltenham Community Centre for easy access plus street parking is available.
