Mobile Trolley volunteer
Level 3B, 28 Woodville Road, Woodville
The Friends of Queen Elizabeth Hospital require volunteers to provide assistance with mobile trolleys taken out within TQEH.
Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 3:00 pm (negotiable)
Able to meet Centrelink requirements
Requirements:
Preparation and delivery of mobile trolley items.
- Beverage trolley
- prepare consumables for sale, hot tea\coffee etc and taken to waiting areas around
- TQEH Library trolley
- prepare and stock trolley with reading material and word games to be offered to patients at TQEH
- Toiletry trolley
- prepare and stock toiletry items to be offered to patients for sale within the wards.
- A tolerance for a busy workplace & able to relate with a range of individuals.
- Ability & willingness to follow directions.
Other requirements:
- Must have proof of influenza vaccination
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality & discretion.
- Attend all mandatory OHS&W training sessions Undergo a National Police Check (reimbursed once passed as a full friend).
- Abide by Rules & Regulations of both TQEH and The Friends.
- Attend 3 General Meetings of The Friends.
