Referral Officer - Port Adelaide / Enfield

Purpose: To facilitate the referral of potential volunteers to positions available with NVSA member organisations, and to develop a good working relationship with the members, potential volunteers and existing volunteers in greater northern Adelaide.
Volunteers must have good interpersonal skills, and show empathy to prospective volunteers who may be from disadvantaged groups.
Volunteer needs to be confident in using a tablet and be willing to work from a café, library or meet the client at an arranged location.
Intermediate level computer skills.
Experience in data input & web searching - and database support
Required one day per week which can be negotiated.
Drivers licence is essential
National Police Check - at no cost to the volunteer
Training will be provided at our Salisbury Office 2 days per week for 6 to 8 weeks. During this time you must be flexible and be available Monday to Friday.
Evidence of a Covid-19 vaccination will be required
