Social Activities Lifestyle Volunteer - Elizabeth East
The role of the Volunteer is to support and work with the Lifestyle team to:
- Encourage residents to engage and participate in activities of interest that are meaningful and fulfilling that align with their personal goals and interests
- Visit residents and where appropriate offer activities such as reading, conversation, walks, coffees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly nature
Days are negotiable - Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm
Centrelink obligations can be met.
Nation Police Check is required
It is a mandated SA Health requirement that any person who visits, works or volunteers within any Residential Aged Care site must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 (including the booster) and have had, or be prepared to have the flu vaccination..
