Op Shop Donation Sorters - Blair Athol

Become a Donation Sorter volunteer and prepare stock for distribution to our Op Shops.

How you can help

Join our small, friendly team and assist with:

•Sort clothing, linen and accessories by folding, hanging and bagging clothing by size and gender

•Sort household goods, sporting goods, dinnerware and Bric-a-Brac, books, music, puzzles and other various items

•Box seasonal garments for storage and repurpose unusable donations

We have multiple roles available Monday to Friday at our Op Shop Distribution Centre in Blair Athol.

The benefit

Established to serve a dual purpose, our Op Shops exist to provide affordable clothing to those in need in our communities and they also provide a vital revenue stream to Lutheran Care’s community service programs through the sale of quality recycled clothing, books, bric-a-brac and household goods.

By volunteering in our shops you have the opportunity to make new friends and have fun whilst you work, as well as playing a key role in our mission to build strong, caring communities.
