Football Tipping Assistant - Various locations
The Football tipping assistant volunteer will collaborate with the Leisure and Lifestyle Team to assist in the resident football tipping competition which is designed to maintain social well-being, individual interests and cultural activities
Locations: Semaphore Park, Grange, West Lakes, Seaton
Days & Times: Monday to Thursday (negotiable) - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - Centreline requirements can be met.
Duties:
- Assist residents in selecting their weekly tips
- Assist in marking and collating results
- Assist and encourage residents to participate
- Provide appropriate support and guidance to residents during selections to support them to participate to their full potential
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in relations to the residents at all times
Requirements:
Essential
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to initiate and maintain a conversation
Desirable
- Interest and understanding of the AFL
Other Requirements:
- National Police Check
- NDIS Clearance
- Covid-19 vaccinations
