Kitchen Staff

Due to COVID  kitchen staff to wear masks until directed by Chairperson and wear gloves on BOTH hands

COVID vaccinations preferred, but are not mandatory

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:45 am  to 3:45 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To maintain cleanliness in Kitchen at all times dishes to be wiped and put away and sink dried and wiped down
  • To ensure floors are swept and floors mopped at end of day
  • To ensure stock levels are topped up on all shelves
  • To prepare products into smaller bags when required
  • To ensure fridges both staff and freezer to be kept clean
  • To ensure lids are on large containers are put on at end of day
  • Cardboard to be broken down
  • Rotate vegetables and maintain stock in cool room
