Salisbury Intercultural Community Alliance

SICA is a group of community volunteers from culturally diverse backgrounds who work with Council staff to improve cultural inclusion in Salisbury.

Volunteers attend meetings to discuss priorities for cultural groups, learn information about Council to share with their community and to have their say on Council decisions and projects.

To be involved you must be a resident of the Salisbury area, be over 18 years, an interest in intercultural communities with conversational English is required. Meetings are approximately one hour every second month on Monday evening at 5:30pm.

All volunteers must provide a current background screen prior to starting. Council is able to facilitate the application process and cover the cost.
