Gawler Care n Share

Using your own vehicle you will collect customers from their home and deliver them to the Elderly Centre (37 Fourteenth Street, Gawler Sth) between the hours of 9.00-9.30 am every Tuesday.  You will either remain at the Elderly Centre or go away and return for collection and drop off between 1pm and 2.00 pm.

Essential: A safe driving record, a friendly disposition and good communication skills.

Volunteers must be up to date with COVID vaccinations, ie double vaccinated plus booster

Preferably someone approaching retirement and able to commit to 12 months plus.

Centrelink requirements can be accommodated. 

Fuel allowance of $10 a day.

Must have a copy of Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.

Training of policies, procedures and instructions on site. 

All volunteers will have an initial interview and will need references checked and a national police clearance obtained (free of charge) before they commence working at Care & Share.
