Internship description: The City of San Diego, Office of ADA Compliance and Accessibility is recruiting for one unpaid intern to fill an opportunity that will perform work related to Title II regulations of the federal Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Act for a period of 6 months beginning January 6, 2020 through June 30, 2020. The primary duties and responsibilities assigned to this opportunity are: assist with implementation of ADA accessibility standards and regulations on the public right of way, mapping of the Transition Plan facilities, updating tracking reports, surveying existing buildings and preparing reports, and preparing power point presentations.
Interns must be currently enrolled in an academic program. Please select school name in application.
