Monday or on-call Mon-Fri variable days 11:30-1:30
Position Duties:
- Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure policy, procedures, and safety standards for a secure building are met
- Answering the phone, monitoring security cameras, organizing lobby
- Assisting residents with donation items, building access, and general inquiries
The Ideal Person for this Role is:
- Warm and welcoming, with an open minded and non-judgmental approach
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment and interacting with clients who are high-needs and English-as-second language
- Comfortable answering phones and have basic computer skills
- Ability to problem-solve with strong conflict resolution skills
