Financial Strategy

The Financial Strategy unit leads Financial Sustainability for the City. The unit is responsible for Budgeting; Finance operations; Rates; Project Management and Procurement.

The management accounting team ensures the integrity of the City's financial data. They are responsible for preparing management reports and the Annual Budget for the City. They are here to provide advice and assistance with all financial needs.
