Starter/Marshall
The Player Assistant is a very important role in the golf operation. They are the golf course watchperson who: directs the flow of traffic, enforces the club rules and regulations, instructs the players in the code of etiquette, oversees the golf course grounds, and assists the players with any on course problems. This position would be open from Monday – Thursday. You’d be scheduled for the same shift each week, and there are the following shifts available:
Morning Starter Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Morning Marshall Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Starter Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon Marshall Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
April – September we need two people each shift. October – March we only need one volunteer per shift. There are also special opportunities available that we’ll contact current volunteers for, which include helping with tournaments and special projects.
