By volunteering in this role, you help to raise money that will go towards some life-changing programs, including:
- Housing and support to young mums and their children & dads & their kids
- Food packs and financial support for people struggling to make ends meet
- Long term housing for people facing / experiencing homelessness
What you’ll do:
- Generate a great customer experience – we aim to make every customer or client’s day just that little bit better by visiting City Mission Op Shops
- Greet and thank people donating second hand goods to the store
- Hang clothes and put out stock – you can use some creative flair here!
- Keep the store looking neat, tidy and fabulous at all times
- Help to open and close the store
