Reception/admin assistant

This position is based in our reception area and will in part involve reception duties. These comprise of answering a switchboard, taking messages, putting calls through and helping with general enquires;greeting and welcoming visitors and Leatherhead Court, signing them in and issuing passes.

The reception area is also responsible for sorting and distributing incoming post and preparing franking outgoing post collection. 

The administrative part of the role will vary depending on business needs from data entry to helping fundraising and our retail department with mailings and other related duties.

The volunteer will also be trained on the services and equipment VASD (voluntary association of Surrey Disabled) deal with in order to support this service when they are busy or during holiday periods. 

Any spare time can also be utilised helping our CEO's PA set up the board room for meetings and other admin tasks.
