Volunteer Social Media Accounts team member
What will I do?
As part of a team of Volunteers, create posts and tweets to showcase Trading Standards' work, alert people to scams and offer basic advice via our Trading Standards Volunteers social media channels on Instagram and Twitter.
Guidance about subject, tone and content will be given.
Is this for me?
You are detail conscious and reliable. A basic knowledge and some experience of social media would be useful but you don't have to be a social media guru as assistance be given.
You must be able to follow the guidance given about what subject matter, tone and content is appropriate to include.
This role is flexible, with no set times for carrying it out but you will need to have access to the internet.
Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Students aged 16 and over undertaking their Duke of Edinburgh Award would be welcome to apply.
