Administration (admin) support
Location: Hindhead, Beacon Hill
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in Head Office with administration tasks such as archiving, emails, general admin
- Interacting with the people we support regarding their organisation or admin
- Answering phone calls and replying to emails
- Assisting service managers with administration tasks
- Assisting the HR department with administration tasks

- Give volunteers information about the training and support available to help them carry out their role
- Ensure that volunteers are reimbursed for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses including travel expenses
- Provide volunteers with support through regular meetings or discussions.

- Attend volunteer induction and any subsequent mandatory trainings
- Provide as much notice as possible if they are unable to fulfil their volunteering commitment
- Inform Whitmore Vale of any changes in circumstance that may impact their ability to volunteer in accordance with our safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Through supported living and residential care we can meet a wide range of needs, supporting people with a mild learning disability, to those who have profound and complex disabilities.
