Guildford Club for Disabled

CLUB HELPER - Thursday Afternoons, 2pm-4pm @ Jacobs Well Village Hall

Guildford Club for Disabled is a social club for local people with mild disabilities , usually associated with mobility, their ages ranging from 60years old - 90+

We meet once a week on a Thursday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm at Jacobs Well Village Hall near Guildford.

We need a friendly, able bodied person to help set out the hall with tables & chairs at the beginning of the session & help clear up at the end.

In addition, some of the members need help getting into the hall , eg. to walk beside someone if they are a little unsteady. Assistance with this would also be greatly appreciated.

The role comes with the perk of being able to enjoy the arranged entertainment and tea, biscuits & chat.

If you are interested please fill in the short online application form & we will be in touch soon.

Mission Statement

Guildford Club for Disabled provides social support for the physically disabled which results in additional needs and requirements.  The Club strives to provide wide ranging entertainment that caters for most age groups and their tastes.
