Guildford Town Guides

The Treasurer’s main role is to manage our bank account and on-line banking. Related to this, the Treasurer will maintain a simple spreadsheet recording receipts and payments. A simple statement of  Receipts and Payments will be needed to report to the committee. 
We have relatively few transactions, typically annual receipts will be £3,000 to £4,000 comprising grants and donations. Guides are unpaid volunteers. 
Experience of managing a bank account and use of spreadsheets for accounting is necessary.. 

We are a small band of enthusiastic volunteers who lead walking tours in Guildford town centre.
