Tea Bar at Guildford Magistrates Court - Woking Hospice - posted 31.08.2022

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers who can engage with people of all ages and from all walks of life to join our team.

You would be serving hot and cold drinks as well as snacks to visitors and staff. There is no food preparation involved so no qualifications are needed.

Ideally, you will be available for at least one 3-hour session each week, although we would welcome any time you can give, even if that’s only every now and again.

Shift times: 9.30AM to 12.30PM weekdays (Closed on Bank Holidays)

We are required by the court system to do a DBS check for this role for all new volunteers. Applications from students (aged over 16 and in Year 12) undertaking their Duke of Edinburgh Award would be welcomed.

Please click on the “fill in an application form” button if you are interested in the role.

Mission Statement

To be a centre of excellence delivering specialist palliative care, from the heart of North West Surrey, to people with life limiting illnesses and support to those important to them. To continually improve by gaining, sharing and applying knowledge. To raise both an awareness of our activities and the funds to deliver them.
