Description of the Role:
Person Centred Planning is a pivotal part of the Building Futures programme and underpins everything that we do by enabling the young people to have a voice, learn about themselves and explore their own ideas; whilst encouraging them to make their own choices for their future and achieve their goals. A fantastic and fulfilling session to be a part of!
We need your help in Year C to support individuals with their reading and writing skills so that they can access the programme effectively, as well as chatting to the young people on a deeper level to help them unlock some new ideas.
