Mission Statement

“To provide the highest quality care and support for people with a range of disabilities in a warm and stimulating environment”

The Woodlarks Centre is a Care Home and Activity Day Centre situated in a beautiful rural area of Farnham, Surrey.

It supports a diverse community of individuals who have various physical or learning disabilities and impairments.

Founded in 1949, The Woodlarks Centre is a charitable trust with up to 22 residents who are encouraged to lead a varied and active social life and integrate into the local community. There is an extensive programme of both in house and external activities that the residents have the choice of participating in. A significant aspect of The Woodlarks Centre is the Activity Centre which offers a variety of therapeutic arts and crafts and is available at all times for the residents.

The home is spacious yet homely, with modern equipment enabling the residents to maintain their independence. There is a Doctors Surgery next door making it extremely convenient for residents medical appointments.

Between 2011 and 2013, The Woodlarks Centre underwent an extensive renovation project resulting in all the residents’ rooms being upgraded to include an en suite wet room, and the communal areas of the home have all benefited from upgrades and modernisation to suit the residents’ requirements.

The Woodlarks Centre is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
