Training Advisers - added 28/1/2021
Training Advisers work directly with new volunteers, guiding them through the training process and carrying out validations of training (so checking that the skills learnt in training can be evidenced in role).
This role especially suits ‘retired’ Leaders but can equally be carried out by people who have not been Leaders but have experience in training validation within scouting. Training is provided.

The method of achieving the aim of the association is by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, based on the scout promise and law and guided by adult leadership and to have loads of FUN doing it!
